With the video installation Humanescence, artist Moni Wespi brings human portraits to life by means of micro movements.

The tableaux vivants illustrate the liquidity of time, an impressive example of futuristic nostalgia! The people pictured, aged between 1 and 85, are all residents of our city.

This work has been created in close cooperation with the City of Ghent.
